Passports can be obtained from the Recording Department at the Judicial Complex or from the Historic Courthouse between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00. All applications received after 4 pm will be processed the next business day.

Appearance

All applicants must appear before an Acceptance Agent in person. Children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by both parents. Children 16 years of age or older, with his/her Driver License, do not need to accompanied by a parent. A Learner's permit it not acceptable.

Requirements at time:

• 2 identical 2x2 Photos
• A valid driver's license or State issued ID card OR a Military ID

A valid driver's license, a state issued ID card, or a military ID are acceptable forms of identification.

**Passports must be Completed in Black Ink**

Proof of U.S Citizenship

Certified copy of Birth Certificate. The certificate must have a state embossed seal. Hospital certificates and birth registrations are unacceptable.

Fees made payable to the U.S. Department of State may be made in form of money order or check only.

Passport Book
Under Age 15: $25 processing fee + $80 passport fee
Over Age 16: $25 processing fee + $110 passport fee
Expediting: Additional $60 fee + appropriate postage

Passport Card
Under Age 15: $25 processing fee + $15 passport fee
Over Age 16: $25 processing fee + $30 passport fee
Expediting is not available on passport cards at this time
